Senior Director, Culture & Inclusion

Caroline Chambers (She/Her) joined Graham Media Group in November 2020 and serves as Senior Director of Culture & Inclusion responsible for directing strategies that support workplace culture, learning and engagement, recruitment, and community outreach activities.

Ms. Chambers is an experienced leader in philanthropy and corporate social responsibility programs with a history of management roles in financial services, health care and nonprofit organizations successfully leading business development and corporate citizenship initiatives. She also serves as a board director at the Oakland County Bar Foundation, Oakland County Community College Foundation and Covenant House Academy Detroit and is a Menttium executive mentoring program mentor.

Caroline Chambers holds a BA in Journalism and Communications from the University of Georgia, and a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from the University of Michigan.
